We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst / ODM Materials Manager to drive material readiness, supply continuity, and production execution across complex hardware infrastructure programs. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring material availability, production alignment, and execution against critical build schedules.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply planning, materials management, manufacturing operations, and partner management within high-tech hardware environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end engagement with manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure material readiness and production execution.
- Drive material planning activities, forecast alignment, inventory readiness, and supply continuity against build plans.
- Monitor material availability, identify shortages, and proactively lead issue resolution efforts.
- Partner closely with procurement, engineering, logistics, operations, and planning teams to resolve supply constraints.
- Develop and execute recovery plans to mitigate supply risks and maintain delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide clear status updates to leadership.
- Ensure operational discipline and accountability across internal and external partners.
- Support production ramp activities, demand changes, and shifting business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in materials management, supply planning, manufacturing operations, or related supply chain functions.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience within the technology, electronics, hardware, semiconductor, or related high-tech industry.
- Experience working directly with ODM, EMS, contract manufacturing, or large-scale manufacturing partners.
- Strong understanding of material planning, inventory management, procurement execution, and shortage management.
- Experience managing complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting server, networking, storage, infrastructure hardware, or data center products.
- Experience working with global manufacturing partners, particularly within APAC regions.
- Knowledge of production planning, demand planning, and manufacturing supply chain operations.
- Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- Experience supporting large-scale cloud, infrastructure, or advanced technology hardware programs.
