The DC Associate provides‘WOW’ customer service to all our customers by receiving and processing inbound cartons,pickingandshipping beautifully wrappedproductaccurately and efficiently, andmaintainingaccurateinventory within the Distribution Centerfor a high-volume environment.

Reporting to the Department

Lead, theDCAssociate will be trained in all areas ofinbound and outbound distribution.

• Pick productaccuratelyutilizingguidance of WMS technology
• Pack ordersin accordance with guidelines to deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform inventory maintenance tasks such as cycle counts and replenishments
• Process inbound cartons and perform slotting activities
• Assist with processingofinbound returned product from Wholesale, Retail, and Marketing channels
• Prepare outbound cartons for shipping and loading onto outbound trucks
• Prep carts, tables, and stations for daily workload
• Provide regular progress updates tothe Department Lead
• Shiftprioritiesas business dictates following guidance of leadership, oftenon short notice
• Create andmaintaina positive and collaborative work environment
• Strive for consistent achievement of performance expectations, including established departmental KPI’s
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment

• High School Diplomaor equivalent
• Distribution or retail experience preferred
• Positive attitude that is contagious to others
• Ability to multi-task effectivelythroughstrong time management skills
• Flexible availability for scheduling based on business needs
• Ability to lift 40-60lbs
• HE certification or ability to be licensed
• Ability to be on your feet forlong periodsoftime
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
