Shipping & Receiving Associate

DMD Systems Recovery LLC. (DMD) provides IT Hardware Recycling and Resale services. As a DMD team member, you will be responsible for checking assets in the computer once they arrive at the warehouse and sending those assets to one of our IT hardware specialists to be erased, processed, and refurbished.

Data security is our primary service to companies, as such all employees must pass a drug screening as well as a background check. No felonies for theft for the prior 7 years is a requirement.

• Load and unload deliveries.
• Inspect, verify, quantify, and enter all appropriate data in our system and compare against the BOL.
• Place assets in appropriate warehouse staging locations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Separate IT assets to improve operational efficiency.
• Recommendations and actions to improve the department and outcomes.
• Offsite projects as appropriate.
• Other duties as necessary and assigned.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Comfortable using a computer for data entry.
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to move from one task to another easily.
• Team player and can follow instructions.
• Perform repetitious work for long periods of time.
  
  Ensure safety and care to packages.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
• No felonies for theft for the prior 7 years.

• Hours of operation: 5:30 AM-4:30 PM
