Building Attendant II – Part Time; First Shift - Weekends - Dobie Ctr

Position: Building Attendant II – Part Time (First Shift - Weekends - Dobie Ctr.)
* Ensure the area immediately outside the facility remains neat and clean.
* Assist with floor care, including shampooing carpets, scrubbing floors and stripping and finishing floors.
* Clean, stock and maintain the male and female restrooms.
* Assist with room set-ups and breakdowns for special events.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and remove trash throughout the facility.
* Follow job requirements, and direction from building supervisors.
* Use proper cleaning materials, correctly operate janitorial equipment and adhering to required safety protocols.
* Other duties as assigned by the building supervisors.
