General Maintenance Technician

This position performs general restoration, renovation and maintenance work. Work is performed under the general direction of the Operations & Maintenance Project Manager or the Facilities Office Manager with the latitude for exercise of individual knowledge and technical skill. Will serve as a resource specialist in a designated skilled trade. This position requires the ability to be on 24-hour call on a rotating basis.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule. • High School Diploma or GED.

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Three years of maintenance experience preferred.

• Workdays:
  Monday - Friday
• Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

$20.83 per hour
