Groundskeeper

Overview

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 212-unit apartment community located in North Austin near major highways and The Domain. The Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs.
