Experience the EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Porter at Lamar Union. As a Porter, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Clean and remove all trash, obstacles and debris from the community.
• Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.

• One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position.
• Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

• Criminal Background Check.
• Non-DOT Testing.
• MVR.

• Hourly Rate – Non-Exempt.
• Full-time.
