Property Manager; Part-Time

We are looking for a highly capable, proactive Property Manager who can operate independently while working closely with our support team. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, organized, hands‑on, and brings a strong “can‑do” attitude to every task.

• 5+ years experience in at least one of the following:
  • Property or House Management
  • Landscaping oversight
  • Handyman/maintenance coordination
  • Home renovation or construction support

• Familiar with managing vendors, scheduling maintenance, and overseeing day‑to‑day property operations
• Ability to evaluate basic home issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Comfortable using an iPad, apps, and simple software tools
• Able to maintain digital records, calendars, schedules, and task lists
• Can communicate professionally via email, text, and shared platforms
• Can learn basic knowledge of Click Up, Gmail, Slack, and Google Calendar
• Able to safely lift 50+ pounds and operate on tall ladders as needed
• Must be willing to complete and pass a background check prior to employment

• Produce and maintain the ongoing Home Report and keep all property records up to date.
• Check mail and monitor home status when the family is out of town.
• Gain full working knowledge of household tech systems (, Home Kit, etc.).

• Manage all preventative maintenance: household filters (air, water, RO, purifier), water softener salt, humidifiers, ice machine descaling, and routine system checks.
• Oversee and manage pool, hot tub, sensory deprivation tank, cold plunge, and greenhouse preparation tasks.
• Coordinate and schedule vendor services including pest control, window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, appliance repair, and seasonal winterization/spring tune‑ups.
• Perform regular property walk‑throughs to identify issues such as leaks, broken items, trash, or safety concerns.
• Manage wasp and mosquito control plans.
• Handle small daily repairs, quick fixes, and handyman tasks as they arise.
• Support and supervise maintenance needs for the rental home.
• Oversee landscape and garden plan execution.
• Learn all components of irrigation and outdoor lighting, ensuring they function properly.
• Coordinate special outdoor projects with the landscape team as needed.
• Maintain outdoor spaces: leaf‑blowing decks/porches, pressure washing as needed, and managing pool area upkeep, and plays capes.

• Organize and maintain storage rooms, tools, garages, and household supplies.
• Manage trash, recycling, and compost systems.
• Assist with setting up or breaking down furniture, décor, and heating elements for events.
• Build furniture, mount items on walls, small wall patch work/paint touch ups.
• Rearrange furniture as needed and assist with large deliveries.
• Work with Executive Assistant and contractors to coordinate room renovations and redesign projects.

• Keep garages and all maintenance/storage spaces organized and clean.
• Coordinate all vehicle detailing, servicing, and repairs.

Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays 10am‑3pm. We are open to being flexible with hours, if needed. Occasional Fridays and Saturdays for events.

Hourly Rate: $45‑$65, based on experience.
