Pay Rate: $20.50/hour

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our residents. You’ll present the company in a professional manner at all times while performing essential duties.

• Monitor and manage maintenance expenses to stay within budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Perform unit turns, including painting, cleaning, and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, including bushes, trees, and lawns.
• Perform snow removal on community sidewalks and maintain records.
• Keep maintenance logs and records for all units and the site.
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and replacement parts are in working condition.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Supervise contractors working on‑site.
• Conduct quarterly unit inspections.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong reasoning skills and common sense understanding of instructions.
• Beginner skills with MS Outlook and MS Word.
