Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper maintains the overall upkeep and cleanliness of the MAA Community. Responsibilities also include maintaining the grounds and common areas of the property, landscaping, and general maintenance work.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping, janitorial experience, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic landscaping and related tools (e.g., rake, shovel, power washer).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and tolerate exposure to dust and dirt.
