Event Setup Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Event Setup Assistant to help prepare event spaces, arrange materials, and support on-site activities. The successful candidate will be organized, comfortable with practical tasks, and able to work closely with team members to ensure event areas are ready for scheduled activities.

• Set up tables, chairs, signage, displays, and promotional materials according to event requirements.

• Prepare event supplies and ensure materials are available before activities begin.

• Assist with moving and arranging equipment while following safe handling practices.

• Check event areas for cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

• Replenish supplies and help maintain orderly event spaces throughout activities.

• Provide practical support to team members during event preparation and breakdown.

• Pack, sort, and store materials after events.

• Follow instructions, safety guidelines, and established setup procedures.

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable performing hands-on tasks and standing or moving for extended periods when needed.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Good time-management and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn event procedures and adapt to changing needs.

• Previous event setup or similar experience is beneficial but not required.
