CWS Apartment Homes is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Director to lead a hands-on maintenance team across our Austin communities. You will prepare make-ready apartments, manage service requests, and ensure resident satisfaction through strong customer service and teamwork.
The role requires EPA HVAC I & II, CPO certifications and 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience, with a valid driver’s license and tools. Yardi experience is preferred; weekend/after-hours availability may be needed.
