The Certified Applicator role is a full-time, remote position focused on delivering safe and effective pest control solutions for commercial and residential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client sites for pest activity, implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies, and applying approved treatments in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The role involves collaborating with clients to explain treatment plans, provide preventive recommendations, and document service activities accurately.

The Certified Applicator will also coordinate with internal teams to schedule services, maintain application records, and support continuous improvement of pest and sanitation programs.

• Strong proficiency in Pest Control and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices; knowledge of PEST analysis or methodologies is desirable.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with clients, documenting services, and collaborating with remote team members.
• Experience or familiarity with Lawn Care and related outdoor treatment practices is beneficial.
• Current Certified Applicator license or equivalent pest control certification in relevant state(s), or eligibility to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to pesticide application and sanitation services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage schedules, and maintain accurate digital records.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits, as needed.
• Previous experience in commercial or residential pest control, sanitation, or facilities services is a plus.
