Step into a leadership role where your civil engineering expertise directly shapes essential public infrastructure across Central Texas. We're seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage municipal and utility projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for public-sector clients.
In this role, you'll drive projects from concept through completion, oversee designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, and mentor junior staff-all while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH after 90 days).
What You'll Bring:
• Active Texas PE (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• 4+ years managing utility or public works projects
• Strong Civil 3D proficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
