Description
Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for people and property performance? We’re looking for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of value-add multifamily communities and lead on-site teams to success.
Current portfolio: Alister (168 units), Emerson (234 units) and Stassney at SoCo (288 units).
What You’ll Do- Oversee daily operations and financial performance of multiple communities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop property managers and onsite teams.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, budgets, and policies.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and execution.
- Travel between communities, bringing energy, leadership, and results.
- Represent our company culture with professionalism, polish, and pride.

- 3+ years of regional or multi‑site management experience in multifamily housing.
- Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, NOI growth).
- Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management software.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving ability.
- Flexible, adaptable, and excited to travel within assigned region.
- Professional, polished, and passionate about creating exceptional resident experiences.
- Industry Certifications (CAM, CPM, etc.) preferred.
