General Manager

Tarvos Talent is partnering with a well-established organization in Austin, TX to identify a General Manager for a key onsite leadership role. As the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving overall business performance, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance to expand revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and improve operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys developing teams while maintaining accountability for results.

The ideal candidate brings a strong sales-driven leadership background with direct ownership of a full P&L and prior experience operating at the General Manager level. This role requires 8+ years of leadership experience within wholesale distribution or a similar B2B environment, hands-on exposure to international shipping and global supply chain operations, and a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
