We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and resident experience of a luxury, mixed-use high-rise property consisting of 350+ residential units along with office, retail, and/or hospitality components. This role requires a strong leader with a hospitality-driven mindset, exceptional operational expertise, and the ability to manage complex assets at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full operational and financial leadership for a luxury high-rise mixed-use property
  • Oversee residential, retail, office, and amenity operations to ensure seamless integration and service delivery
  • Lead, mentor, and manage onsite leadership teams across property management, concierge, engineering, security, and leasing
  • Drive NOI performance through budget management, expense controls, revenue optimization, and capital planning
  • Deliver an elevated resident and tenant experience aligned with luxury hospitality standards
  • Partner with ownership, asset management, and third-party vendors on strategic initiatives and long-term planning
  • Oversee compliance, risk management, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage capital projects, building systems, and preventative maintenance programs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, residents, tenants, and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in luxury high-rise, mixed-use, or hospitality-driven property management
  • Proven experience managing 300+ unit luxury residential assets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-department teams
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with mixed-use assets (residential, office, retail, hotel) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, RPA, or hospitality credentials a plus
