TITLE: Project Manager

DIRECT REPORT: Creative Director
GENERALLife Family is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic church organization as a key member of our Creative Ministries team. As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating creative projects across our six locations in Austin, Texas. You will be responsible for managing a team of creatives, ensuring timeliness and adherence to deadlines, maintaining brand standards, and overseeing the successful execution of multiple ministry initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the creative and ministry industries, possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, and be passionate about using their talents to support our mission of spreading the gospel.
- Leading and managing a team of creatives, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
- Developing project plans, setting clear objectives, and establishing realistic timelines for creative projects across multiple ministries and locations.
- Ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborating with ministry leaders, pastors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on creative materials, ensuring they align with brand standards and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Coordinating resources, including freelancers and external vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conducting regular team meetings to provide project updates, address challenges, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks or risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Overseeing the project budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assisting with any other needs for the Creative Team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the creative and ministry industries.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, terminology, and best practices in design, photography, videography, and other creative disciplines.
- Solid understanding of branding and the ability to ensure creative materials align with brand standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on creative materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including ministry leaders, pastors, and external vendors.
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles related to project management.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.

- Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm
- Participate in church services, events, shoots, and team events as needed
