• Annual Salary
  : $50,000 – $57,000 per year based on experience
• Schedule
  : 1st or 2nd shift – Monday to Thursday, 5:00 am – 5:00 pm or 5:00 pm – 5:00 am

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to ensure company standards and customer service specifications are met.
• Establish work schedules, procedures, and shift/team logistics coordination.
• Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
• Promote teamwork, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and seek process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend awards, or recommend merit increases.
• Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes.
• Maintain positive labor relations and understand labor agreements.
• Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and adhere to company rules and policies.
• Provide orientation for employees and Lead Hands and supply necessary technology and material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• College degree or technical certification in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Three (3) years or more supervisory experience in a warehouse or transportation environment.
• Three (3) years or more experience in performance evaluation, rewarding employee performance, and progressive discipline.
• Three (3) years or more experience preparing and conducting H&S and employee committee meetings.
• Three (3) years or more experience investigating and reporting workplace accidents and incidents.
