As the Construction Manager, you will champion large-scale data-center builds from concept through commissioning, acting as the client’s trusted advisor on scope, schedule, cost, and risk. In this highly visible role you will blend construction know-how with cloud‑infrastructure insights to help global enterprises deliver reliable capacity at lightning speed.

- Lead cross‑functional collaboration among design, construction, IT, compliance, and finance stakeholders, ensuring seamless hand‑offs and accountability.
- Oversee contractor selection, contract negotiations, change management, and vendor performance to protect the owner’s interests.
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) and cost‑control dashboards (Procore or similar).
- Guide Level 1‑5 commissioning, capacity planning, and MEP resilience strategies to meet 24/7 uptime requirements.
- Implement data‑driven KPIs that optimize performance, sustainability, and total cost of ownership.
- Identify risks early, draft mitigation plans, and present concise progress reports to senior leadership.
- 3+ years managing mission‑critical capital projects (data centers, cloud, or large‑scale tech builds) in an owner‑side capacity.
- Deep knowledge of power distribution, cooling, and low‑voltage/IT integration as well as hands‑on commissioning oversight.
- Fluency with project‑controls software (P6, Procore, BIM/Bluebeam) and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to influence diverse teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, IT, or related field; PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or OSHA 30 a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Experience negotiating hyperscale colocation leases or strategic capacity expansions.
- Advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) and track record of driving automation or digital‑twin initiatives.
