General Superintendent​/Field Operations Manager

This role is ideal for a Senior/General Superintendent or Field Operations Manager who wants real influence

• Lead and mentor superintendents and field teams across multiple projects or large, complex jobs
• Own schedule execution, site logistics, safety, and quality from start to finish
• Partner closely with project management and preconstruction leadership
• Set the tone for jobsite culture, accountability, and performance
• Serve as a visible leader with clients, architects, and trade partners

• 20+ years of commercial construction experience with significant time in field leadership
• Background as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Field Ops Manager
• Experience leading large or complex projects (healthcare, corporate, mixed‑use, higher‑ed, advanced interiors, data centers, etc.)
• Strong communicator who leads by presence, not ego
• Someone who values craft, people, and doing things the right way
