We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Operations for our Commercial Staffing division to lead and transform operational excellence across various branches and markets. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving process improvements and optimizing operational workflows to ensure outstanding performance.

You will spearhead the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies, such as ATS, CRM, and BI dashboards, fostering a culture of high performance through data utilization and KPIs. As a leader, you’ll mentor and develop a team of directors, regional managers, and branch leaders, collaborating closely with the executive team to meet and exceed organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in operational leadership within the staffing or workforce solutions sector, particularly in light industrial or event staffing operations. You must demonstrate a proven record in scaling operations and implementing process enhancements in a fast‑paced environment, along with expertise in top ATS/CRM platforms.

This role requires a hands‑on leader with a collaborative, data‑driven approach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for coaching and mentoring. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with an advanced degree being a valuable asset. Familiarity with specific technology platforms is highly regarded. This position is based in the Dallas metro area, and we seek a candidate ready to make a significant impact within a growing organization.
