Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology infrastructure projects while mentoring a team of Project Managers and driving operational excellence across multiple departments.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys owning outcomes, developing people, and guiding projects from concept through completion. You will play a critical role in shaping delivery standards, improving processes, and ensuring customers receive a high-quality experience across security, audiovisual, and data infrastructure projects. You won’t just manage projects — you will help build a stronger organization.

• Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously from kickoff to closeout
• Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing approvals, and change orders
• Track production schedules, procurement, and delivery timelines
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Step in to stabilize complex or high-visibility projects when necessary

• Directly mentor and support a team of Project Managers
• Coach communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and professional development
• Lead regular team meetings and performance discussions
• Build consistency across project delivery standards

• Serve as escalation point for customer concerns
• Partner with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues
• Maintain proactive client communication and expectation management
• Strengthen long‑term customer relationships through accountability

• Maintain organized and audit‑ready documentation
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards
• Improve workflows and identify efficiency opportunities
• Balance competing priorities across multiple teams and projects

• Project management experience within construction, systems integration, or related industries
• Leadership or supervisory experience over other project managers or coordinators
• Strong understanding of project financials and forecasting
• Familiarity with security, audiovisual, or data infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Background in integrated technology environments (security, AV, structured cabling, or networking)
• Experience mentoring team members
• Industry certifications related to cabling or project management
• Experience working closely with technical installation teams

• Primarily office‑based with occasional local site visits
• Collaborative leadership environment with direct influence on operations
