The Project Manager is a key member of the Management team, reporting to Plant Operations. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating project initiatives, overseeing day-to-day project execution, and ensuring alignment with operational goals, timelines, and performance standards.

• Strong organizational background with the capacity to rapidly learn industry-specific (maintenance/construction) project requirements, supported by Regional and VP-level leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong skills in organization, time management, and self-motivation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Capacity to quickly learn and apply regulatory requirements and building management systems.
