Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an
** Logistics Operations Manager
** located in US Texas Austin Pflugerville.

Reporting to the
** Director, Operations
** the
** Logistics Operations Manager
** In this role you will be Responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and managing an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.
** What a typical day looks like:
*** Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.
* Coach, mentor and develop Operations team.
* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.
* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
** The experience we’re looking to add to our team,
*** Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
* 7 years of management experience.
* Knowledge of the MS Office (Excel, power point)
* Warehouse experience
* Operation expansion experience
* Manufacturing experience
