This person will oversee more than 30 team members and leaders across Vendor Partnerships, Program Management, Customer Support, and Sales, and work closely with the Business Development, Finance, Technology, and the People teams to support growth.

Contract Performance

  • Own and be accountable for performance and economic outcomes across awarded contracts, including on-time delivery of supplies, inventory fill rates, service levels, margin trends, cost-to-serve dynamics, and scalability.
  • Own forecasting and budgeting for the contract portfolio in partnership with Finance, including variance analysis and corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.
  • Establish practical, repeatable approaches for contract readiness, launch, steady-state execution, optimization, and renewal.
  • Provide performance and economic insights to inform bid strategy, pricing assumptions, renewal decisions, and investment tradeoffs.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point and hands-on resource when needed to resolve material performance, margin, or execution issues in a lean operating environment.

Building, Scaling, & Optimizing the Supply Chain

  • Own the design and evolution of the company’s logistics and fulfillment model, including procurement, inventory, drop-shipping, 3PLs, and freight consolidation and forwarding.
  • In partnership with the VP of Business Development, identify and build the operational and logistical capabilities required to support future growth.
  • Partner with the Technology team to improve systems, automation, and data visibility that enable better decisions and operating leverage.
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
  • Anticipate and address operational, economic, or capacity constraints.

Program, Vendor & Customer Support Leadership

  • Build and scale a robust program management function, hiring and developing the team, and establishing the operating model, processes, and rigor required to support consistent, disciplined execution and performance as contract volume and complexity increase.
  • Define and own our vendor strategy and partnership model.
  • Serve as the senior relationship owner and escalation point for vendors, leading engagement on performance issues, strategic alignment, capacity planning, and commercial tradeoffs.
  • Define how customer support and sales scale with contract volume and complexity while maintaining service quality, responsiveness, and cost discipline.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a core member of the executive leadership team, shaping and executing the company’s strategic plan; participate in executive planning sessions and off-sites; and present to, advise, and engage directly with ownership and the Board of Advisors.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams and leaders across programs, vendor partnerships, sales, and customer operations.
