What you’ll do
  • Lead Portfolio Operations
  • Drive the rhythm of the business by aligning portfolio activities with company OKRs and improving fan experiences.
  • Set and maintain standards for clear and consistent project documentation, from business cases to performance reports.
  • Develop engaging portfolio communications and progress updates for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain portfolio roadmaps to ensure visibility and alignment across Fan Care teams.
  • Manage project intake, backlog, and portfolio steering sessions with leadership.
  • Define and track portfolio KPIs, communicating insights and progress clearly.
  • Build trusted relationships across teams and advocate for portfolio needs and priorities.
  • Lead portfolio-wide change management to support smooth adoption of new tools or processes.
  • Drive Planning and Delivery
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans across the Self‑Service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with leaders across EA to connect long‑term strategy with near‑term execution.
  • Identify and prioritize initiatives that elevate fan experiences and operational excellence.
  • Align resources to ensure high‑impact work gets done efficiently.
  • Anticipate and manage cross‑portfolio dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs.
  • Track outcomes against business cases and OKRs to ensure measurable value.
  • Facilitate quarterly and annual planning to keep the portfolio data‑informed and agile.
  • Manage Large‑Scale Projects
  • Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring clarity of scope, ownership, and timelines.
  • Make informed, timely decisions that shape project outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, communication, and historical record‑keeping.
  • Drive issue resolution and facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned and improve future execution.
What you’ll bring to the role
  • Deep understanding of project life cycles, management standards, and backlog management.
  • Proven ability to lead large, interconnected programs with measurable impact.
  • Strong data analysis skills to distill insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Confident leadership and presentation skills with cross‑functional and executive teams.
  • Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Adaptable and solution‑focused with a passion for improvement.
Experience & Tools
  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within global and cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Project Management processes and best practices.
  • Fluency in business tools such as Google Suite, Jira, and Airtable.
  • PMP certification preferred (not required).
Compensation And Benefits Pay Ranges
  • Illinois (depending on location e.g. Chicago vs Illinois City) $118,700 - $154,100 USD
  • Massachusetts (depending on location e.g. Boston vs Springfield) $124,100 - $171,800 USD
  • Jersey City, NJ $124,100 - $171,800 USD
  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) $118,700 - $171,800 USD
