Senior PM - Land​/Site Development

• Lead projects and teams in developing plans and specifications for a variety of projects, including multi‑family, residential, master‑planned, mixed‑use, retail, light industrial and commercial ventures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project management reporting and client invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Engineers or CAD Technicians as needed.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support project success.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Registered P.E. in Texas.
• 6-10+ years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience serving as a Project Manager for multiple municipalities.
• Preferred experience working on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities.
