Sales Manager, Insurance Sales

We Insure is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of licensed insurance producers within our National Sales Center. This role is critical to driving revenue, developing talent, and creating a culture of accountability, energy, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep insurance sales experience in a call center environment, a proven ability to coach and develop producers, and a track record of building teams that consistently exceed goals while maintaining strong morale and retention.
** Duties/Responsibilities:** - Partner cross-functionally with Training, Marketing and CX to improve conversion and customer experience
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, work ethic, and customer-first selling
** What You'll Bring.
*** 5+ years of insurance sales experience (P&C)
* 3+ years of people leadership experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment
* Demonstrated success building, coaching, and retaining high-performing sales teams
* Proven ability to manage performance through metrics and data
* Strong communication, coaching, and feedback skills
* Experience managing teams of 15–25+ producers
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales analytics
* Experience scaling teams in a growing or fast-paced organization
* Current P&C Insurance License required.
