A financial consultancy in Austin are offering the opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join the team.
Reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible for managing the existing team, hiring and developing a high-performing sales team, and supporting the company as they scale.
The sales team target financial institutions, credit unions and community banks, so experience in this industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Director:- Oversee and manage the existing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to build a top-performing sales unit.
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture.
- Master the sales tools and platforms, and ensure team members understand and effectively use them.
- Monitor and enforce the use of these platforms to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
- Regularly review team and individual performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Hold team members accountable for meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven track record of leading a team
- Previous experience selling consulting services
- Expertise with PE backed firms is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales platforms and tools, able to quickly learn and implement new systems.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Willing to be onsite to manage the team
They are offering $140,000 on the base for this role, and the company offer an outstanding uncapped commission plan ($250k+ OTE).
