Sunsational Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee our commercial installation projects, specializing in window film (safety/security, decorative, and solar) and Riot Glass products. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of medium to large-scale commercial projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities- Project Execution:
Executing medium to large commercial projects involving window film and Riot Glass. - Site Management:
Managing site visits, including pre-installation assessments and on-site support during installation. - Technical Interpretation:
Interpreting blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate project planning and installation. - Resource Control:
Controlling all required project resources, including time, material, equipment, logistics, per diem, and labor. - Communication:
Serving as the primary communication link between the client/customer and Sunsational Solutions throughout the project lifecycle. - Efficiency:
Ensuring the job site operates efficiently, safely, and on schedule. - Budget:
Effectively maintaining a project budget and striving for company profitability.
- Experience:
3+ years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for construction-related project management. - Products:
Experience with or willingness to learn about window film (safety/security, decorative, solar) and Riot Glass. - Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and manage complex logistics. - Travel:
Required for project sites. - Schedule and Compensation:
Standard
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Office requirement:
This is an in-office position at our office in Austin, Texas. Additional
Hours:
Saturdays and hours outside of the standard schedule may be required based on project needs. Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience plus project commission.
