Fix stores generating $165K-185K monthly revenue with industry-leading 20% operating expenses. This isn't a turnaround - it's a growth acceleration role. You'll own everything operationally while the owner focuses on new store expansion, with immediate impact on profitability through pricing strategy, margin optimization, and team development.
Complete P&L Responsibility
- Drive profitable growth across Cedar Park ($70K/month), Round Rock ($70K/month), and West Parmer ($35-40K/month) locations
- Optimize repair mix and pricing strategy to expand margins beyond current 20% opex
- Build financial analytics to track profitability per repair type and make data-driven pricing decisions
- Manage parts purchasing for better deals and reduced waste
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop 4 store managers and technical staff across locations
- Own hiring, firing, and compensation recommendations
- Implement scalable training systems for new hires and skill development
- Coach technical trainer on complex repair specialization (motherboard, microsoldering) to increase high-margin repairs from 15% to 30% of revenue
Operational Excellence
- Visit stores 2-3x weekly for real-time coaching and standards enforcement
- Drive lead conversion from current 20% toward 40% target
- Transform ATC (device protection plan) selling from discount-based to value-based approach
- Maintain inventory integrity and customer satisfaction metrics
- Prepare systems and training materials for new Lakeway-Bee Cave location (Q2/Q3 2025)
First 30 Days: Learn the business, shadow managers, identify quick wins, establish accountability rhythm
First 60 Days: Take full ownership, implement new systems, reduce owner's operational involvement by 50%
First 90 Days: Owner's operational involvement approaches zero, measurable improvements in:
- Revenue growth (Cedar Park/Round Rock expansion, West Parmer stabilization)
- Lead conversion rate improvement (monthly measurable progress)
- Margin expansion through repair mix optimization and pricing strategy
- ATC clean selling adoption without discounts
- Team development with documented training systems
You've Made Money Before
- Multi-unit retail management experience with proven P&L impact
- Can read financials and identify what's broken in 15 minutes
- Understand unit economics and know how to pull the levers that matter
You Build Systems That Scale
- Create training materials and processes that work without you
- Document everything for replication across locations
- Turn tribal knowledge into teachable systems
You're Data-Driven But People-Focused
- Comfortable with dashboards and connecting actions to results
- Can have hard conversations while building people up
- Coach performance without being a jerk

- 3-5 years multi-unit retail or service management
- Proven track record improving store profitability and team performance
- Experience with inventory management and loss prevention
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build and interpret financial reports
- History of developing managers and building bench strength
- Electronics repair, automotive service, or technical retail background
- Experience with franchise operations
- Track record of improving lead conversion and customer satisfaction scores
- Subscription or membership sales experience
- Spanish language skills (customer base consideration)
Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
Quarterly Bonuses Based On:
