Job Title: Texas Operations Manager (Commercial Masonry)
Location: Austin, TX or Dallas, TX
Compensation: $140,000 – $175,000

Company Overview:
Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable and well-established Commercial Masonry contractor with a strong presence across Texas (& the Southeast), on their search for a Texas Operations Manager. They currently have operations established in Houston, Austin, and Dallas and continues to expand its project portfolio throughout the region.
This role has been created to support continued growth and operational efficiency, working closely with executive leadership to strengthen coordination, performance, and consistency across Texas operations.
Role Summary:
The Texas Operations Manager will serve as a key operational leader responsible for supporting and coordinating masonry construction activities across multiple offices and projects. This individual will work directly alongside executive leadership to help drive operational alignment, project execution strategies, and overall business performance.
Project Type:
Commercial Masonry Construction - Education, Healthcare, Stadiums/Sporting Venues, High-Rise/Multifamily, etc. ($5M-$30M)
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports operational oversight across Texas offices and projects
- Works closely with project management and field leadership teams
- Helps drive scheduling, manpower planning, and resource coordination
- Assists with operational process improvements and consistency
- Collaborates with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Monitors project performance, risk factors, and operational challenges
- Supports team development, accountability, and execution standards
- Maintains strong alignment between field operations and company objectives
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 7+ years of management experience within commercial construction environments
- Experience with a commercial masonry contractor or general contractor required
- Strong masonry exposure / knowledge is essential
- Demonstrated leadership and operational coordination abilities
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and project execution
- Ability to work across multiple offices and project teams
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
