All Tune Franchising is seeking a General Manager for their new automotive service center in Austin, Texas. You will manage technician workflow, ensure high repair quality, and develop a team while monitoring performance metrics. The ideal candidate has at least five years of management experience in an independent automotive shop, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and possesses a strong understanding of P&L management.
