Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Supervisor at Nichols Park.

As a Maintenance Supervisor
, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.

• Ensurecompliancewithinthemaintenanceteam.
• Improveprocessesandfindefficienciesinworkflow.
• Troubleshootandimplementcost-savingtechniquesand recommend improvements.
• Leadinthemanagement,trainingandretentionofqualityemployees.
• Consistentlyreviewpendingworkordersandallocatethemappropriately.
• Maintainmonthlyandyearlybudgetoverages.
• Facilitatepropertymaintenanceissues,includingschedulingregularmaintenanceandrepair,negotiatingcontractswithvendorsandconductingproperty inspections.
• Reviewturnsandmake-readyscheduleanddelegateworktoproperworkgroups.

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor
• HVAC certified
• Pool certification
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR

• Hourly Rate
• Full-time
