We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high‑quality service, and drive operational excellence.

• Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from initial call to completion.
• Manage, train, coach, and develop mitigation technicians and crew members.
• Schedule mitigation technicians and crew members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain equipment inventory and job site readiness.
• Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, SERVPRO processes, and safety protocols.
• Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, ensure compliance, and manage job profitability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.

• 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration services.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred (ASD and other certifications a plus).
• Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (Dry Book, Xactimate, Work Center) preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours, including after‑hours/on‑call.
