Water Mitigation Production Manager
Location:
SERVPRO of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County and SERVPRO of South Albuquerque – Albuquerque, NM. Full-Time | Management | Restoration Services.

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high‑quality service, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from initial call to completion.
- Manage, train, coach, and develop mitigation technicians and crew members.
- Schedule mitigation technicians and crew members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain equipment inventory and job site readiness.
- Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with IICRC standards, SERVPRO processes, and safety protocols.
- Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, ensure compliance, and manage job profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
- Deliver outstanding customer service during stressful situations.
- 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration services.
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
- IICRC WRT certification preferred (ASD and other certifications a plus).
- Familiarity with SERVPRO systems (Dry Book, Xactimate, Work Center) preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours, including after‑hours/on‑call.
