What you’ll do:
- Work directly with customers to understand and manage expectations and fulfill all program commitments.
- Anticipate obstacles and mitigate risks to ensure the team completes program milestones on schedule, and in alignment with expectations (including contractual agreements, financial targets).
- Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, engineering teams, customer success)
- Deliver strong and effective cross functional team and executive level communication to ensure customer satisfaction and internal (Fox) stakeholder alignment and buy in
- Hold the teams accountable for accomplishing key contractual milestones, encouraging communication and collaboration, and resolving conflict
- Attend technical sales calls and visit customer sites to understand customer use cases
- Manage complex interdependencies and resources
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, etc.)
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience deploying and delivering complex solutions
- Project Management experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Experience with large scale, multi-regional programs and geographically distributed teams
- Ability to manage conflict and to find innovative ways to solve complex problems with limited oversight; anticipate obstacles and plans for contingencies
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership/program sponsors
- Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including executive and customer leadership
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Technical background in robotics, AI/ML, software development, or automation
- Familiarity with AGVs, AMRs, warehousing, and logistics
- Previously working for a robotics startup
