Responsible for all activities associated with operating the business, including managing the Sales, Administration and Operations departments. Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed by employees in the branch.
Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities via the Sales team and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Oversee strategic action plans for direct reports and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage monthly sales meetings and establish local pricing strategy.
- Recruit, hire, develop and mentor all direct reports.
- Oversee P&L statements for branch and achieve budgeted sales and income goals set by the business.
- Drive compliance of all company initiatives and support all regional and national account programs.
- Manage monthly sales projection report and develop annual sales and expense budget.
- Analyze and investigate solutions, achieve planned results based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
- Manage a team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervise support staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years of management and/or sales management experience.
- BS/BA in a related discipline.
- Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field; an advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
- May require certification.
Location:
Comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting; frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, may need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
