QualificationsMinimum (Required):
- 8 years:
Working knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle processes and documentation - 8 years:
Experience in implementing SACWIS/CCWIS systems - 8 years:
Awareness and knowledge of systems and solutions that promote efficiency, effectiveness, and enable direct delivery of services to clients - 8 years:
Experience in Business Process Redesign - 8 years:
Working knowledge of project documentation including project plans, work breakdown structures, issues logs, action logs, and decision tracking documents - 8 years:
Facilitating meetings, work sessions, requirements gathering sessions and conducting presentations with all levels of an organization, including direct delivery, senior, and executive leadership - 8 years:
Providing recommendations to key agency leadership - 8 years:
Working knowledge in guiding various project teams, and subsets of teams within large enterprise projects - 8 years:
Experience managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions - 8 years:
Strong communication – verbal and written – skills with all levels of an organization, including direct delivery staff up to executive level leadership - 8 years:
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading work sessions and project team meetings - 8 years:
Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)
Preferred (Optional):
- 5 years:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification - 1 year:
Awareness or knowledge of client's systems and programs
