Requirements

  • The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and brings a passion for building efficient processes and driving accountability
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in ambiguous environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboard management
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting
  • (Desirable) Experience in operational planning (OP1/OP2) and goal-setting frameworks
  • (Desirable) Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency at scale
  • (Desirable) Experience with SharePoint, wiki platforms, and knowledge management systems
  • (Desirable) PMP or similar project management certification

What the job involves
  • We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sr. Program Manager to drive operational excellence across our team
  • This role is responsible for leading cross-functional program management, strategic planning, and business operations to support senior leadership and enable the team to deliver results at scale
  • Lead coordination of strategic initiatives, OP planning, resourcing, and technology needs
  • Develop, monitor, and report on individual and team goals and KPIs for leadership
  • Conduct resource planning activities to support operational needs and long-term growth
  • Drive annual planning meetings and establish team communication structures
  • Lead the creation and delivery of QBRs, MBRs, and Flash updates for senior leadership
  • Communicate project status, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders
  • Maintain and update business dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Oversee budget planning, monitor expenditures, and manage financial reporting for the leadership team
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency across the team
  • Maintain and prioritize task lists, ensuring timely completion of action items and deliverables
  • Manage SharePoint sites, wikis, and team documentation to ensure information is accessible and current
  • Handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support day-to-day business needs
