The Role As a SOCC Systems Compliance Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving compliance excellence for the team managing the Energy Management System in Austin, TX. This is a high-impact opportunity to build, elevate, and streamline compliance workflows and processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. You will serve as the go-to guide for interpreting new standards and leading their seamless adoption across the team.

Operating at an expert level, you will orchestrate the team's compliance efforts related to FERC, NERC, and ERCOT regulatory requirements. In addition, you will act as a trusted representative on internal compliance matters, fostering guidelines and driving continuous process improvements to ensure sustained, best-in-class compliance. How You'll Contribute Participate in the preparation and implementation of new policies, procedures, or department-level procedures.

Support management and staff in developing strategies and visions for future requirements. Offer leadership and support to SOCC Systems staff to maintain continuous compliance. Ensure the team is audit-ready at all times. Support the development of training programs to foster constant and never-ending improvement in processes and skills. How You're Qualified Twelve or more years of experience in working in a controls environment with experience in electrical power transmission, distribution, generation operations, or relevant experience.

A degree(s) in engineering, math, science, business, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. How You'll Stand Out Communicate and collaborate with the team to address their needs and concerns effectively. Review evidence and make recommendations for improvements. Approach concerns and issues brought by team members with transparency, integrity, and a willingness to improve.
