Executive Vice President of Security Operations

The Vice President of Security is the most senior security leadership position in the organization with direct line responsibility. This position is accountable for developing, implementing and directing a responsible security strategy and program for the organization across the company’s facilities, distribution centers, and retail locations. This senior leadership role will ensure that the company’s assets, people, and infrastructure are protected from physical threats, and that security policies and procedures align with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

This role Identifies significant security risks, designs and implements strategies and programs to prevent/reduce loss of organization assets. This individual implements risk reduction through increased security awareness. Through subordinate managers, this position will coordinate and implement site security, operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical and information assets, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.

The VP of Security will work closely with cross-functional leaders in risk management, SH&E, supply chain, SG&A, and operations to deliver effective security solutions that enable business continuity.
