Year‑end bonus

Salary: $95K–$110K base (depending on experience), plus year‑end bonus. Relocation considered for the right person. Gas card if travel is required.

A long‑established, privately owned roofing contractor is growing its commercial work in Austin and looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to run real jobs and work well with people. This isn’t a churn‑and‑burn shop. It’s a place where people stay.

• Commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
• Downtown Austin high‑rise work, schools, and public/private projects
• Complex scopes — metal panels, wall cladding, modular systems
• About 80% office / 20% field (you’ll be on jobs when it matters, not babysitting a clipboard)
• Solid field superintendents already in place

• Privately owned (not PE‑backed)
• In business 40+ years
• No micromanaging, no revolving‑door leadership
• Straightforward systems:
  Procore, Excel
• Spec‑driven, Tier‑1 commercial work

• Commercial roofing PMs who’ve handled larger, more complex jobs
• Someone who can talk to GCs, subs, and owners without drama
• A team player who takes ownership and doesn’t need hand‑holding
• You don’t need a perfect resume — real experience matters more
