Position Overview
We are looking for a Regional Vice President of Personal Training (RVPPT) who will champion a high-performance, high-care culture that moves with speed and urgency to deliver outstanding member experience, service, and results in Region 3 - Missouri, Oklahoma and Minnesota. This leader builds high-energy, high-accountability clubs where driven teams deliver “no judgments” results for every member. They are obsessed with talent—relentlessly staffing market-level roles with fitness professionals who provide exceptional service and help members crush their goals.
What You’ll Do:- Partner with the RVP of Ops to build and maintain and support a territory of gyms.
- Lead, coach, and support Market PT Managers, Market Partners, Managing Partners, and PT. Managers through regular meetings focused on performance, motivation, and goal achievement.
- Consult on and assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of Personal Training Managers and PT teams.
- Ensure club-level PT staffing is aligned to service standards and business needs.
- Work with market and club leaders to drive new client acquisition and existing client retention for personal training.
- Coach club leaders on how to effectively engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain PT clients.
- Conduct weekly club visits, complete audits, and share results with all stakeholders.
- Communicate cross-functionally with multiple departments, including Operations, Maintenance, and Finance
- Clubs consistently deliver a “WOW” personal training experience, reflected in strong member satisfaction, retention, and PT revenue growth across the region.
- PT teams are fully staffed with qualified, certified trainers and managers, with low turnover and strong bench strength.
- Clear KPIs for PT (sessions, conversion, retention, revenue, CrunchONE Kickoff performance) are consistently met or exceeded.
- Communication between field leadership, PT teams, and Executive Leadership is streamlined, transparent, and actionable.
- Club audits show high standards of execution: pristine club conditions, accurate documentation, and strong compliance with PT processes and protocols.
- Member inquiries and issues are resolved quickly, strengthening trust and loyalty.
- The region is recognized internally as a model for high-performance, high-care PT culture and operational excellence
You lead from the front and set the tone for member engagement, modeling the behaviors you expect from PT teams and club leaders. You are execution-focused, take prompt and assertive action, and hold high standards for performance, cleanliness, and service. You understand labor control, optimal staffing, and overtime management, and you’re comfortable using data to guide decisions. You are a persuasive, candid communicator who encourages open dialogue, demonstrates integrity and sound judgment, and builds trust across all levels.

- Partner with RVP of Ops to develop an effective communication strategy and feedback loop.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO for designing the PT department, including product assortment, pricing, compensation planning, budgeting, tools and technology.
- Conduct meetings with and collaborates with Market PT Managers, Market Partners, Managing Partners and PTMs to review performance, motivate and guide to achieving individual and company goals
- Drive ongoing development for all levels of the PT organization. Leadership development, managing PT certification compliance, and sales acumen in partnership with L&D.
- Consult and assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of a team of qualified Personal Training Managers
- Work with market and club leaders to achieve both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
- Coach and guide Club Leaders on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
