Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Must be open to working fully in‑office.
  • Must have staffing agency recruiting experience.
  • Experience leading in a high‑volume and fast paced agency staffing model.
  • Proven success in leading organizations producing hundreds of starts per month across multiple markets.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision making.
  • Strong operational discipline, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
