Interested in a leadership role in recruiting for a growing mission‑critical infrastructure company? This Director of Recruiting position is located in Austin, TX.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification would be an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction industry.
- Must be open to working fully in-office.
- Must have staffing agency recruiting experience.
- Experience leading in a high‑volume and fast‑paced agency staffing model.
- Proven success in leading organizations producing hundreds of starts per month across multiple markets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and decision making.
- Strong operational discipline, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
