People Operations Manager

We are currently searching for a People Operations Manager, who will be the guru of People, processes and programs.

• Lead People Operations to create a high-performance culture that emphasizes our brand mission and point of view.
• Uphold ambitious standards for every team member and set them up to attain challenging goals.
• Drive the evolution of the workforce and Starwood culture through ongoing development and response to the ever‑evolving needs of the hotel.

• Passionate about people, workplaces and culture, with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree (a plus).
• Expertise in human resources operations and training.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.
