The individuals selected for this position are responsible for monitoring and supervising a team’s efficiency and ensuring company goals and objectives are being met by each employee.

• Learns and performs subordinates’ job descriptions, including but not limited to warehouse associates, drivers, and cleaning crew.

• Responsible for vehicle maintenance.
• Responsible for on‑time customer order delivery.
• Ensures product replenishment for daily volume needs.
• Partners with upper management for employee coaching and training.
• Creates a weekly or bi‑weekly schedule for employees.
• Monitors and supervises employees’ attendance and punctuality.
• Efficiently carries out all directives given by the Management Team.
• Ensures a clean workplace.
• Works in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
• Possesses time‑management skills and prioritizes tasks to meet daily demands.
• Is available to travel to local and state facilities as required.
• Attendance and timeliness are required; this is not a job that can be done from home.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has supervisory responsibilities. Candidates must understand and execute subordinates’ job functions, including Class C Delivery Driver, Warehouse Associate Day and Night, Material Handler, Customer Service Lead and Representative, Warehouse Receiver, Cleaning and Maintenance.

  Experience:
  
  Prefer 1‑2 years of supervisory or relevant role, high school diploma or GED. Experience can substitute for formal education.

  Reads, comprehends and writes simple instructions or memos; communicates with coworkers and guests.

  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); schedules and delegates tasks, plans meetings, configures calendars electronically.

  Adds, subtracts, multiplies and divides whole numbers, fractions and decimals without a calculator; counts inventory.

Full Time is typically 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday. Scheduling is based on business needs; working outside of your scheduled time without Store Manager approval is prohibited. Hours cannot be made up without manager approval.

Regularly stands, walks, or bends; uses hands and fingers; reaches with hands and arms; climbs or balances. Able to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally with proper tools. Uses industrial machines to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Requires close, distance, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Positive environment; exposed to outside weather conditions while working in warehouses. Noise level is moderate to loud.
