We're seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage municipal and utility projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for public-sector clients. In this role, you'll drive projects from concept through completion, oversee designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D, coordinate with agencies and stakeholders, and mentor junior staff—all while enjoying a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH after 90 days).
What You'll Bring:
• Active Texas PE (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
• 4+ years managing utility or public works projects
• Strong Civil 3D proficiency
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
