Overview:

The Provider Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workforce operations of a national telehealth provider team within a high-growth wellness organization. This role focuses on managing scheduling, payroll, and operational workflows to ensure seamless delivery of virtual services across multiple states. This individual will act as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, driving efficiency across scheduling processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, and supporting a high-performing, distributed workforce.
